By accessing, registering on, or using the ok55 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, placing a bet, playing a casino game, making a deposit, or requesting a withdrawal — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC). ok55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document, together with proof of your registered payment method (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account in your name), before withdrawals are processed or where suspicious activity is detected.

2.3 Accuracy of Information. You are solely responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 Single Account Rule. Each player may hold only one active ok55 account at any time. 3.3 ok55 recommends that you choose a strong, unique password for your account, avoid using public Wi-Fi networks when accessing your account, and log out fully after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ok55 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. ok55 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit limits at its discretion, with notice provided via the platform.

4.2 Deposit Ownership. You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit will be refunded and the ok55 account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Processing Time. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ok55 account instantly. 4.4 Currency. ok55 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you have received a bet confirmation reference number from the platform. ok55 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion, including where a market price or odds have been displayed in error, where a technical fault has affected the bet placement process, or where the relevant event has already commenced at the time of placement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok55 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity, even where ok55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.1 ok55 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or events outside ok55's control may temporarily affect platform availability. ok55 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

10.2 ok55's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ok55 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.2 Bet Dispute Timeframe. Any dispute relating to a specific bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event result being posted. ok55 will not consider disputes relating to events settled more than 30 days prior to the date of the complaint.
